Invisible safety grills are made from high-tensile stainless steel wires, most commonly SS 316 grade, known for its corrosion resistance and strength. Each wire typically has a diameter of 2 mm to 3 mm and can withstand up to 250–300 kg of tensile force, making them highly secure and difficult to cut. The wires are arranged vertically or horizontally with spacing options of 2 inches (5 cm) for child safety and 4 inches (10 cm) for general safety needs. Despite their strength, the wires are thin and spaced in such a way that they appear almost invisible from a distance, preserving both airflow and the outside view. These safety grills are ideal for windows, balconies, and high-rise spaces where safety is a concern but aesthetics must be maintained. They are compatible with various surfaces including concrete, aluminum, uPVC, and wooden frames. Installation involves fixing an aluminum or stainless steel frame and securely tensioning each wire, typically taking 1–2 hours per window. The grills are weather-resistant, rustproof, and require minimal maintenance—just occasional cleaning with water or a damp cloth. Additionally, some systems offer retractable or alarm-enabled features for extra convenience and security.
